Return window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your product to request a return (EU right of withdrawal).

Return conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels. Please use a tracked shipping service and keep the receipt. Refunds may be withheld until we receive the goods or proof of return.

How to start a return (email only)

To start a return, send us an email at contact@lueur-munich.com.
Please include your order details, the product(s) you wish to return, and your full contact information.
Do not send items back before we confirm your return by email. Items sent without approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days at contact@lueur-munich.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item using the instructions above.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the goods.
Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@lueur-munich.com.
