1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop LUEUR MUNICH (www.lueur-munich.com).
Any different terms and conditions by the customer will not apply unless we agree to them in writing.

3. Offers and Product Presentation
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
We are not liable for errors, technical changes, color deviations, or mistakes in product descriptions.
4. Prices
All prices are final prices.
According to §19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged or shown (small business regulation).
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders within Germany and to all European Union countries.

We ship with DHL.
6. Payment
All available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon placing an order.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
8. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
Customers may request repair or replacement in the event of defects.
Further claims follow statutory regulations.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, we are only liable for damages to life, body, or health, or for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
In these cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
This choice of law only applies if it does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence.
